Squad Six Shipping Policy

At Squad Six, every order helps support veteran causes. Because our products are made to order, please review the following shipping information before placing an order.

Order Processing

All products are made to order after your purchase is completed.

• Processing time is typically 2–7 business days.
• During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using one of our shipping partners.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times:

• United States: 3–7 business days after production
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, Squad Six cannot guarantee changes or replacements.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

• Check around your property and with neighbors.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly.
• Allow 48 hours for possible carrier delivery delays.

Squad Six is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
