Squad Six Return & Refund Policy

Because Squad Six products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Changing your mind
- Buyer remorse
Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Eligible Refunds & Replacements
We will provide a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item contains a manufacturing defect.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product differs significantly from what was ordered.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
How to Submit a Claim
Email our support team with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Refund Approval
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Because all items are produced on demand, we do not offer traditional exchanges.
If an issue is caused by our error, we will replace the item rather than process an exchange whenever possible.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback.
