How long it took to get from the time of purchase, very little communication about items being back ordered.

Hi Derek, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We understand that waiting longer than expected for an order can be frustrating.

We do want to clarify a few things. We remained in communication with you throughout the entire process. Every time you emailed us, we responded promptly, explained that your shirt size was on backorder, and kept you updated on the status.
You're absolutely right that the delay was our responsibility, and we take full ownership of that. As a small business, we underestimated demand and ran into backorders on some sizes. It was a lesson learned, and we've already made changes to help prevent it from happening again.
We sincerely appreciate your business and your feedback. While we're disappointed that your experience wasn't what we strive for, we're committed to learning from it and continuing to improve.
